Exclude Entry Points
We inspect from your roof to foundation to identify and seal all potential entry points to block rodents out.
Baiting & Trapping
After the exclusion is completed, we will set traps to eliminate all rodents stuck inside your home after our exclusion service.
Ongoing Follow Ups
We continue to return 3 days a week until all rodents are removed.
After Care Vacuum & Deodorize
After trapping is complete, we will pull all traps out of your attic. We will vacuum a 5 foot perimeter around your attic access and deodorize to get rid of urine odors.
1 Year Renewable Warranty
Our exclusion service comes with a 1 year warranty. If the rodents return, so will we. This warranty can be renewed on an annual basis and is fully transferable upon sale of your home.
