If you see any live covered insects between services, give us a call and we will return at no charge to retreat to keep your business pest free.

Service DOES NOT include rodents, fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, bees, yellow jackets, bald faced hornets, bed bugs, *Caribbean crazy ants, mites, termites or any other wood destroying organism or parasite.

Each service includes the following proactive steps every month to keep your business pest free all year round.

Interior Service

  • When your technician arrives, they will greet you and ask if any pests have been seen since the last service and ask for the logbook.

  • Treat any specific reported issue in provided logbook or reported sighting.

  • Inspect and treat kitchen and food prep areas. 

  • Treat floor drains with a foam to reduce fly breeding areas.

  • Treat dining areas with a repellent including under each booth.

Exterior Service

  • All spiders, webs, wasp and mud dauber nests will be removed from doors, windows, eaves.

  • All cracks on exterior 1/4” or less will be treated then sealed with clear silicone.

  •  A liquid will be applied at label rate to the foundation, soil contacting foundation, around all doors, windows, eaves, and penetration points (hose bibbs, utility boxes etc.) loading docks, and trash area.

  • Fire ant mounds in your parking area will be treated.

  • Leaves blown away from front entry (based on customer foot traffic)
